A typical Peruvian dish that I like:
“Picante”
When I was little and I was in the city of Lima, my uncle
took me to a restaurant called "Picanteria", and I was amazed at the
different types of "Picante" that were in that place. This
gastronomic delight, consists of a stew of potatoes with meat accompanied by
various spices and vegetables, with rice.
Here I will tell you a little about the varieties of this dish.

EATING HABITS

There is currently a lot of variety in lifestyles when it
comes to eating habits, for example, people who prefer vegan foodπΏ, the other
extreme of people who really love junk foodπ. Then there’s my eating habit that
is based on exclusively homemade food with some junk food cravings.
In the morning I always have cereal with yogurt before my
university classes, about two hours later I have my “real breakfast” that
usually is a sandwich with a glass of milk. For lunch, I often have my favorite
dish, red noodles with plenty of parmesan, It tastes so good!π and my glass of
soft drink.
And finally, for dinner I often have a cup of tea with an
egg sandwich or “ajinomen”, which is definitely my favorite processed foodπ. But
on weekends, my family and I always enjoy eating “pollo a la brasa”, pizza,
burger; in other words, junk food.
